This very hands-on workshop series will teach you strategies to counteract the problems of too much sitting and the resulting poor posture. Even if we do exercise regularly, we often fall out of alignment both sitting and standing because we’re unaware of our poor posture and habits. In the same way that smoking negatively affects your health, sitting and poor posture will, over time, affect your spine, joints and muscles. When we understand how to correct our posture, we not only instantly look better, but we also move more efficiently with better balance. Prevent premature aging, chronic pain and unnecessary injuries.
