Enhance your lung health as you straighten your spine – it’s important for a healthy respiratory system. Eva will be offering live feedback to students during this interactive workshop.

This workshop will help your spine heal and/or stay healthy. If you have a twist in your spine (scoliosis) or suffer from roundback (kyphosis) this workshop can teach you how to lengthen your spine and undo curves that hinder free movement. Your neck, thoracic, and lumbar vertebrae will benefit and feel more mobile yet stable. You may be able to reduce headaches with these movements.

Our ribcage and diaphragm often reflect our spine’s habit of shortening to one side or to the front. To make lasting change, we will address mobility of the ribs and learn to balance the intercostal muscles to be more functional in all directions. With a freer ribcage and spine, we breathe more easily!

You’ll take 2 lessons with a water break in between.  We plan to record the lesson to make it available to workshop attendees for a small fee.
