Honor the Divine Feminine by creating order and beauty out of chaos: create a mala! Bring precious and/or broken jewelry to re-make into a wearable whole art for yourself or as a gift for a loved one. Traditional malas (similar to rosary in Catholic tradition) consist of 108 beads and are used in prayer, and our creations can be utilized in that way or as a beautiful self-remade work of jewelry.
Lani will provide options for different colors of silk thread with needles attached and some base beads as inspiration for your own unique creations. Even if you’ve never made any jewelry before, you can make a mala! Starting in November is a good idea to give yourself enough time to complete the mala to your satisfaction.
Red Tent womenʻs gatherings seek to provide a safe space for uplifting dialogue on any number of topics pertinent to the female experience. As in many ancient cultures, Hawaiian women used the time of their cycle to rest and commune with each other on both mundane and sacred levels. The red tent setting itself, with uplifting music, provides a lovely context for interconnection. Men who honor their Divine Feminine and female-identifying people are also welcome, in addition to women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
Lani Kwon, MA, RYT is a Transformative Life Coach, Nia Blue Belt, Hatha Yoga Teacher and MELT Hand and Foot Instructor. Lani can also make adaptations using a chair or wall for additional support and balance, depending on individual student needs – please contact instructor in advance.

In case you missed last month’s Red Tent with Christine, we are doing it again!!
An evening to explore the moon, being woman, and the connection between: Yoni, Womb and Cycles. As a new moon approaches, the tides and waters shift, causing our bodily pressures and rhythms to adapt. During this event we will learn the science behind body rhythms as well as body and menstrual cycle rhythm tracking methods. We’ll get tips on pelvic floor use and tension relief techniques – some of which may help relieve monthly cramping. We will experience a Goddess Tarot Card Movement Exploration, a yoni meditation and cycle tracking introduction. We will clear energetic blockages to make room for new and flourishing intentions. All together. All as one.
Christine Keller PT, DPT, CMPT
A holistic physical therapist, dancer and yoga teacher, Christine has extensive experience in the fields of woman’s health and yoga, as well as a profound connection with the moon. If you do too, or are intrigued and want to learn more, come learn and play!
