ストレッチする女性Session 1 July 20, will focus on basic concepts, anatomy and physiology, focusing on toning and lengthening the spine and limbs.

Session 2  July 27, will go deeper into the practice, with focus on breath, pranayama and hip openers.

Session 3 August 3, will bring it all together with meditations to facilitate deepening the Yin experience, with a full-body practice.

Yin yoga is a practice of long-held, deeply relaxing “stretching” poses that open and energize the “meridians,” or energy pathways of the body, restoring youthful joint mobility as you quietly activate your prana, or life force.

Whereas the popular yang styles of yoga target the muscles of the body, yin yoga targets the more interior, supportive structures – the ligaments and tendons of the joints. Yin Yoga is the soothing tonic that is so missing in our busy lives, that can help us find balance and inner calm.
