Each of us has unique “time wiring” in our brains that orients us and impacts every aspect of our life. It affects our relationships, career, life choices, behavior and thought patterns. Once we identify this pattern, we can choose to be more flexible with time, instead of letting our primary time orientation run us, making us feel like we’re always running out of time.
This interactive workshop helps take your sense of time out of your head and put it back into your body, allowing you to reclaim your natural rhythm and develop a more fluid relationship to time. This flexibility promotes less internal chaos, reduces interpersonal conflict, leads to a greater sense of empowerment, and opens a new channel of spiritual energy. Defy the ‘time crunch’ feeling of the holiday season!
