This dance will begin as a ceremony guiding the participants into a contemplative inner state. From there you may authentically evolve into bigger movement and may end up with an ecstatic experience.

With the theme of Transcendence, you are invited to go into the depths within and then emerge into the light. It is a spiritual theme that we take into movement on this special weekend!

Eva Alewa Geueke is a Sun Dancer in the Lakota tradition as well as a ceremonial leader.  She is also a professionally trained dancer and choreographer, a Feldenkrais® practitioner, and teacher for over 30 years.
