Professional dance instructor David Heller delivers a crash course in the foundations of breakdancing and popping in this exciting two-hour workshop. The first hour (the breaking section) will be devoted entirely to footwork, including Top Rocks, Knee Drops, CCs, the Six-Step, the Three-Step, and the Four-Step.

The second hour (the popping section) will cover the basics of three major elements/styles of popping: Hitting (the ability to flex isolated muscles) Tutting (creating geometric shapes with the arms, wrists and fingers), and Isolations (Moving specific sections of the body one at a time).
