Still & Moving Center is proud to present a fine host of teachers and classes to support and nurture your yoga practice.

Our classes are open to all levels – we encourage you to try our wide variety of styles.

Beginners are gently taken through their paces in Yoga Basics. If you prefer a dynamic flow, try Vinyasa. If you’re ready to tone muscles and power up a sweat, try Barre Yoga. If you are looking for relief from shoulder tension, try Yin Yoga. For guided meditation, try Restorative.

Beginners to yoga will be closely supported by their teachers, and more advanced yogis can find their kula here. For the adventurer in you, try hanging out in Aerial Yoga.
