Join this 75 minute inner journey of Silent Disco Ecstatic Dance. Each person will get his or her own set of high quality wireless headphones with three channels. You will be able to choose which channel you would like to listen to and you can change at any time.
You get to choose your moves, your music, your rhythm and your dance. Miranda is known for her eclectic music found on the three channels, blending sensual, rhythm and blues, funk, latin, contemporary, jazz and hip hop.

Miranda is fun-loving and encouraging. Her students love her ability to create a fun, energetic, safe environment that promotes self-expression through movement. Over this last 14 years, Miranda has been a personal trainer and taught body jam, zumba, jazz and hip hop all over Melbourne, Mexico, Chicago, Miami and Hawaii. She has taught kids and adults all over Melbourne and runs GROOVE facilitator courses throughout Australia and internationally. Now in Honolulu, Miranda is passionate about being a warrior for truth and ‘90s R&B!
