This second set of Headstand Feldenkrais® lessons will be effective to take with or without the September workshop. The lessons in this workshop will simply be different from the first set.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to safely stand on their head. Feel the benefits of being upside down, including a freer neck and greater space between the vertebrae for a more flexible spine, as well as lowered anxiety and improved blood flow to the brain. This workshop can assist yoga students, dancers, and martial artists in their practices.

Dr. Feldenkrais taught thousands of people through his method to stand safely on the head, his most famous student being Ben Gurion, the founder of Israel. The process cured him of a crippling back ache. The smartness of the Feldenkrais Method introduces a safe method to learn to stand on your head and improve your neck and back.
