Learn to maintain your feminine health with a simple practice that is age old and really works. Small movements that you can easily take back home with you can increase your energy, make you look and feel younger and more radiant, prevent sickness, and rid you of discomfort. As this month is dedicated to women’s health, Eva will include women’s self-care for beautiful, healthy breasts and the very effective 6 Healing Sounds for organ health. Eva is a certified teacher by Mantak Chia’s Universal Qigong and has incoporated effective teachings of other QiGONG masters.

Qi means breath, air or energy and is considered to be the force of all movement, from waves to atoms. The simple exercises and meditations of qigong encourage and restore the natural flow of our qi. Restful alertness – a keen awareness with an inner state of ease – can become the foundation of dynamic, focused activity. Substantial scientific research shows the benefits of qigong. Studies have shown qigong to modulate hormones to bring them back to the balanced levels of a younger or healthier person. Heart function improves, lowering the chances of hyper-tension, high blood pressure and arterial sclerosis. Persistent practice of qigong is shown to produce stronger, more efficient contraction of the heart muscles and to slow the heart rate. Lung efficiency is increased as the supporting muscles become stronger and lung tissue itself becomes more supple, allowing practitioners of qigong to extract more oxygen from the air. Greater flexibility, decreased bone loss, increased muscle strength and improved posture are additional benefits of regular qigong practice. Studies have also shown qigong to improve mind-body coordination and stimulate the cerebral cortex of the brain.
