In this workshop participants learn to breathe deeply and efficiently. That will be felt in energy gain, improved stamina and general health, better metabolism ( calories burn better) and in a supple spine and free neck! Most people have limited knowledge about one of the most important functions in our body: breathing. Proper breathing keeps the spine elongated and the lungs healthy. To be able to breath optimally depends on the flexibility and functionality of our diaphragm and its play with the spine and Intercostal muscles. Workshop will incorporate some Qigong elements.

evaEva Geueke has 30 years of international experience as a dance and movement teacher. She practices the path of embodying the sacred through dance and conscious movement. Her desire to heal her soul led her to become a professional dancer. In 1987 Eva completed her 4-year Professional Feldenkrais Training, which changed her understanding of brain, body and movement forever. Eva is a Qigong teacher of the Universal Tao. She has been teaching the Feldenkrais Method® internationally for 25 years.
