Relieve tension and release tightness instantly on balls and foam rollers. Tension and tightness are signals from your body that there are imbalances. Learn how you can take charge and feel your body relax with just 2 soft therapy balls, 2 tennis balls and – optionally – a foam roller. Please bring your foam roller if you have one.

‘Ball Therapy’ helps relieve tension in the head, neck, shoulders and lower back. Whether it’s after a long workday or before you begin your workout, Li Si’s self-therapy with the therapy balls will give you a larger range of motion, restore your balance and allow you to reconnect with your body.
