I would totally sleep in there.
Well, the bf enjoyed his time there. He was literally the ONLY dude in the entire place for the evening. Seems like this is a very friendly place to explore lots of different types of classes in a friendly environment.
Plus/con: we were 15 minutes late to class because of traffic, but didn’t miss anything. I wonder what they did during that time… Lucky us, there was tons of parking in front open.
Ki was a great teacher. She’s someone I would definitely want to go to a yoga class with as the instructor (calm, sweet, kind). Had to laugh however when our intros went like this: name, reason for taking class, what our purpose is as human beings (*that escalated quickly*).
Aerial silk 101 was a fun class to do a drop-in. We learned some basic moves and became familiar with the silk. I learned mostly that I want a hammock in my future dream house. I would totally sleep in there.
Hint: you can reserve a spot online for class and not have to pay in advance, which is really nice.
